Alliance is one of the largest stocking distributors in the country with bearings covering every conceivable application. We also maintain a network of stocking facili­ties that provide rapid delivery to all areas of the country. Alliance imports bearings directly from manufacturers in China, Japan and throughout Europe. In addition to a wide range of miniature and instru­ment bearings, we also stock every configuration of ball, roller, and needle bearings. In keeping with our quality assurance standard, Alliance Bearings meet all AFMBA standards and ABEC classifications. Our testing lab provides noise and quality tests to ensure customer specifications and satisfaction. Off the shelf stock includes: rod ends, sphericals, journals (both com­mercial and MIL-spec), airframe, torque tube and cam follow­ers (conforming to MS, NAS and AN specs). Immediate delivery is available on preci­sion, spindle, drawn cup needle, tapered roller, and all types of radial and angular con­tact bearings.

Our wide range of miniature and instrument bearings are used in disk drives, acu-ators, spindles, synchros, servos, small electric motors, gear trains, instruments, air-frame, aerospace, military and electronic applications.

In addition to bearings, Alliance Bearing Industries, inc. is a large supplier of Berg, Stock Drive Products, and PIC Design (ie. high-speed belts, timing belts, pulleys, and gears). We have an extensive stock of belts, including: hypalon, urethane, silicone, fiberglass, mylar, melinex, and polypropylene materials. We stock a large variety of steel, alu­minum, brass, and plastic pulleys as well as gears.

We have warehouse facilities on both the east and west coasts with over 25,000 square feet of inventory. All orders can be processed and shipped the same day the order is received. Our computerized part track­ing system constantly updates and tracks inventory in our stocking facilities and also keeps track of availability of products at manufacturers and suppliers throughout the U.S. and abroad. Alliance stocks products of the leading manufacturers and our staff is knowledgeable on direct equivalents, as well as all specification requirements. Additionally, our staff is thoroughly familiar with all of the various applications and the many stringent requirements of the computer, electronics, aerospace, and medical industries.

All bearings accurately conform to specified precision, radial play and lubrication specifications. In the event that special lubricants are required and not normally or immediately available, our expert technicians can lubricate to your specifications in our clean room facility. Up to 10,000 bearings can be processed and lubricated per day. We maintain a comprehen­sive inventory of both commercial and military lubricants.
